3. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are reviewed, processed, and packed before dispatch.

  • ​Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday.
  • ​Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order has cleared our handling process, it is handed over to our reliable carrier partners.

  • ​Transit Time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday – Friday) within the United States.
  • ​Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days from the date of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

  • ​This email will contain a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update online.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • ​Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the full shipping address is accurate and complete before completing their payment. This includes the correct recipient name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
  • ​If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@evercartzone.com. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered the handling phase.
  • ​Evercartzone is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
